I need STRETCH toddler socks… almost like adult diabetic stretch?
I bought some on ebay… it was a lot of like 10 pairs of socks and like 5 of them were what I need. I have an almost 15 month old boy, and he is in a size 6 toddler shoe. The socks I got had the stretch ankles that didn’t cut off circulation, like the diabetic socks that they make for adults. I asked the seller where she got them, and she didn’t remember. But i’m in need of these, normal socks cut circulation off on my sons ankles, and now that winter is here, I NEED to find them asap.
they don’t make diabetic socks for babies. well under that classification anyway. i did searches, and found nothing… hence coming here to ask other parents.
As far as buying a bigger sock~ i tried. And they just don’t fit right. My son has big feet, but his ankles/calves are huge, and i can’t get socks anywhere that accomidate them both. Like I said, i found them on ebay, by accident.
The hanes don’t work… i tried them…
is it normal fora toddler boy to always have sweaty hands and feet?
i babysit my nephew and his hands are always sweaty and just now when i was changing his pants i removed his shoes and his socks were wet!
my daughters never have that. is it a boy thing? he is 3? is it normal for toddler boys?

What kind of socks with toddler boys shorts?
My son has been wearing his taller shin length socks from winter. I was getting him dressed and wondered – “does this look funny with shorts?”
My only child, I don’t have a SO to look to for opinions, so it is just me, his mother, who thinks he is stylin when he has a strawberry juice stained face and a snotty nose.
Do I (or should I) go buy him shorter socks (are these crew? ankle? whatever.) to wear with shorts during the summer or are the longer socks appropriate?

lol, how funny cause I was wondering the same thing. My son is almost 2 yrs old and he is the same way. I usually dress him in light cotton socks instead of thicker. And his clothing is usually loose fitting so he doesn’t get too sweaty. But its normal.
My daughter never had that problem. And still doesn’t at almost 3yrs

He can’t fit in the toddler socks (labeled 3-5 years) and I tried the smallest boy socks there were (9-2.5), but I think these must be for boy/man sizes not toddler/boy because they are way too huge. I looked at k-mart and walmart. What’s the deal?

LOL my sister would give me crap if I ever let my son wear that! My sister hates when I even let my kids wear ankle socks and running shoes with shorts, she thinks only sandals are acceptable with shorts. One of my kids has refused to wear sandals the last few summers, so he wears ankle socks.

My 15 month old is a chunk and I too was looking for socks (asap) that would fit his ankles correctly. After an exhausting search and no luck, I accidentally found some Hanes toddler socks at Wal-Mart. I bought both styles available (ankle/crew) and they really fit great.
Would definitely recommend you try to find them and see if they work for your boy.
Don’t know whre you live but I have bought them at Dillards (department store) and possibly JC Penney’s. You may also try your local shoe or sporting goods store.
walmart has toddler socks but they are usually kept in the baby isle. We used to have the same problem but we went to walmart and they even sell bundles of socks like bags with 10 pairs at really cheap prices.
